100% SATISFACTION RETURNS POLICY
At Applied Dental Inc, we will completely satisfy your purchases. We believe in high quality products and extraordinary customer service. We will fully refund merchandises within 30 days from the invoice date.
After the 30 days period, Applied Dental Inc has the right to refuse any return. If return is granted, such return is subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to qualify for any refund. No shipping & handling charges will be refunded. If your return is in any way a result of an error by Applied Dental Inc, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label for the return merchandise. If the return is not a result of an error by Applied Dental Inc, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). You must send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Registered Mail). It is recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at our Customer Service Center in their original condition. Purchases over 90 days are not subjected to return or refund.
Important Notes and Restrictions:
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been used, damaged or altered in any way before arriving at our Customer Service Center.
We will not accept any products that are not in their original packing. Make certain that the return item is returned in the same condition it was in when you received it.
STEP-BY-STEP RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Applied Dental Inc Return Department at 650-960-0313 or email@applied-dental.com. Be sure to indicate your order number (which appears on your invoice), the name or item number of the product(s) that you would like to return, your name and contact information such as telephone #, fax # and email address, and the reason for the return.
- If the return is the result of an error by Applied Dental Inc, we will send you a prepaid mailing label for the return of the merchandise. In all other cases, please send the merchandise you would like to return using a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or registered mail within the US). You are solely responsible for all shipping and insurance costs of returning the products to Applied Dental Inc, and we will not reimburse you or compensate you for any such costs.
- Be certain to include the following along with the returned merchandise: your RMA number, name, contact information, as well as a copy of the Applied Dental Inc invoice. IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Customer Service Center.
- Once the merchandise has been received at our Customer Service Center in good condition, your credit card will be credited for the applicable amount if returning within 30 days from purchase. Purchase made over 30 days or paid by check or money order, a refund check will be written in your name and mailed to you. If there is any outstanding balance on your account, the credit will apply toward your account first. Any remaining credit will be issued by check. No shipping & handling charge will be refunded. If you would like to order another item in place of the returned product, you will need to submit a completely new order either online or by phone.
